  1. I really like this one. I'm guilty of some of these myself, so I will be trying to make some changes and see if anything comes of it! What is your opinion on on/off fasting? Such as fasting for one day, then eating normally the next? I'm curious about whether this would totally screw your metabolism or if it would just allow you to halve your calories without always feeling hungry.
